We like hearing from readers. Many of our favorite articles began as a question someone sent us, and the best corrections have always come from people who know a subject better than we do. Here is how to reach us and what to expect when you do.
The quickest way
Email is the only channel we use, and every message lands with the four of us: desk@amigowebservices.com. If you prefer, the short form on this page opens your own email program with your words already filled in, so all you have to do is press send.
What we are glad to receive
- Topic ideas. A question you could not find a clear answer to, about travel, home, parties, style, gadgets, films or hobbies.
- Corrections. If something in an article is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what you noticed.
- Your experience. Tried one of our guides, like planning a birthday party or decorating a small living room? We would love to hear what worked and what did not.
- Questions about the site. Privacy, cookies or how we work.
What we cannot help with
We are a small editorial team, not a booking agency, a shop or a helpline. We cannot arrange travel, sell products, offer personal medical, legal or financial advice, or troubleshoot an order you placed with another business. For anything about a company mentioned in an older article, please contact that company directly.
When to expect a reply
We read everything, usually within a few days. Replies can take longer during busy weeks or holidays, and not every message needs one; a thank-you note may simply make our day without an answer. Corrections are always checked, and if we change an article as a result, we update it quietly and carefully.
A note on your data
Your email address and message are used only to reply to you. We do not add anyone to mailing lists or share messages with other parties. The details are in our privacy notice.
